An epitome of passion and fire - As the phoenix rises, it depicts the fire in itself, the wild drive that it has, which gives it that divine touch. The wings and the tail of the bird are half fire-half person. Metaphorically painted, this stands out among one of your better painted paintings. The choice of colours somewhat dark may have been enhanced by the background lighter and prosperous greens. The fluorescent orange is vivid in its fiery tint....Must say, a well made painting which can perhaps be a model to sculpt as well.
